Our firm delivers diverse services and disciplines with years of experience in design and project management for our clients worldwide. Shelby Design Group has designed, developed and managed hundreds of residential and commercial projects for our clients, as well as, our own firm. Project Management
Shelby Design Group LLC, provides project management services representing our client’s best interests and adhering to “best practices” for their vision.
The cliché, “A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link” is not only profound when it comes to construction, but crucial to the integrity of the finishes, workmanship and structure. Even with the best of intentions of the architect and engineers, a plan is only as good as it’s implementation and adherence to the details by the responsible parties.
Our firm reports directly to the client, the general contractor reports to the Shelby Design Group LLC. We review all contractor quotes, project expenses for labor and materials, as well as, tracking the construction process.
Our services can be structured completely turnkey or a la carte, depending on the needs of the client’s project.
Design Planning
From a design concept to the floor plans, every idea is brought to life by the Shelby Design Group and demonstrated in ways relevant to our client’s project. Our design and project management team provides support for a wide range of designs required as part of a focus on remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, dinning rooms, media rooms, primary suites, swimming pool and spas for residential and commercial clients. Our professional planning and design skills result in better finished and inspiring projects.
Weather a project requires a completely new interior design or fine-tuning of a current interior decor, our team brings a level of professionalism often referred to by our clients as the “Gold Standard” of interior design and project management.
Most projects start with LiDAR scanning of the property, showing detailed measurements with
3-D dimensional video perspectives, resulting in an as built floor plan.

Equally important to, Shelby Design, is the ethical foundation on which they built a successful design and project management firm since 2007.
Everyone at the company strives to learn the needs and design concepts of our clients vision. We use our experience, training and intuitive skills to create a new vision for the client’s property, often a vision a client only dreamed possible.
We have learned early on that we are designing for the client and not ourselves, so while introducing a client to our design ideas, we never bring our egos into the equation.
